Data collected directly from you:

If you have provided us your email address or other contact and billing information we will only use it in relation to services requested.

Email marketing (if applicable):
With your permission, we may send you emails about new services and other updates.

When you browse our website, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system a well as for website security.

Comments:
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Images:
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Analytics:
We use google Analytics to help us learn about site visits and the pages being viewed.
Google Analytics mainly uses first-party cookies to report on visitor (aka. user) interactions on Google Analytics customers’ websites.

When you provide us with personal information to place an order or complete a transaction we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you have visited the other website.

Google analytics:
Google Analytics mainly uses first-party cookies to report on visitor (aka. user) interactions on Google Analytics customers’ websites. See section /// for more information.

Google Analytics also collects Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to provide and protect the security of the service, and to give website owners a sense of which country, state, or city in the world their users come from.
We have Google analytics set so that the IP addresses collected are anonymised and no demographic data is currently collected.

SECTION 6 – SECURITY

Your information:
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Payment:
We do not take payments via this website, all invoice payments are made in person via card machine or offsite via bank transfer.

 

SECTION 7 – COOKIES

Comments:
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Google Analytics:
Google Analytics mainly uses first-party cookies to report on visitor (aka. user) interactions on Google Analytics customers’ websites.

NID cookie lasts 1 year
_gat cookie lasts 1 minute

These are used for the purpose of analytical tracking of behaviour on the website. Not used to collect, store or process personal data.
