At our weekly Freestyle class we are here to help you with a project or projects of your choice.
You can:
- Choose a pattern or project to sew – great if you have just completed on of our skills courses and want a bit of support.
- Get help fitting and altering your patterns
- Bring clothes to repair, alter to fit or totally upcycle.
- Get help with new or forgotten techniques for new projects or UFOs – welt pocket, inivisible zip or anything else
Come and enjoy some me time to focus on completing your chosen project with other sewists and expert support and guidance from our tutors.
DATES: Most Fridays throughout the year
DURATION: Friday evenings for a full month or as one offs as and when you need help.
CLASS TIMES: 6pm – 8.30pm
LEVEL: beginners+ onwards
MAX IN A CLASS: 5
COST: £37.50 for 1 session or £130 for full 4 week month

Skills needed to take this class…
You need to be comfortable using your sewing machine for basic projects and if wanting to make clothes you need to have completed our beginners course or be able to sew at that level.
Workshop includes…
- Expert support and advice to help you complete your projects
- Use of studio equipment and tools.
Materials required…
- You will need to bring some projects to work on
- Calico for sampling can be bought in studio at a cost of £4 per metre
